Who am I?
I was recognised as one of the great cover-defenders, but I was also a top attacking player. I was a Queensland schoolboy star and joined South Sydney after my discharge from the armed forces after world war 11. I played 11 seasons in the Sydney competition. I played first grade for Souths from 1947 to 1957.
