Centre George Carmont (foot), second-rower Ben Kennedy (neck/hamstring) and reserve Adam Woolnough (shoulder) are all fit to play for Newcastle against South Sydney at Aussie Stadium on Sunday - but Todd Lowrie (groin) is out and Matt Parsons (ankle) is in doubt.

Prop Matt Parsons (ankle) is likely to return for Saturday night's match against Canberra, but centre Mark Hughes (oesophagus) and second-rower Daniel Abraham (ankle) are at least another week away.

don't forget that lowrie, johns, seage are al out for the season.
with tahu out until next season.. Steve Simpson is out until finals...Riley Brown is back round 22-23

Matt Parsons (ankle) trained yesterday and might be a late inclusion against Canberra on Saturday , but it is not likely. Daniel Abraham and Mark Hughes also ran but won't play.

Adam Woolnough has been promoted to the starting side for Sunday's game against Manly, in place of Matthew Kennedy, who goes back to the bench. Second-rower Daniel Abraham (ankle) hasn't been named but is hopeful of playing, while prop Josh Perry was picked, despite a hip injury

Daniel Abrahams pulled up sore from training on Tuesday and will have another session today before seeking a clearance to make a comeback from a broken leg on Sunday against Manly
