Kallis doesnt care for micky mouse cricket, though he is a proven star for Bangalore and his country in that form of the game (hint - his team mates let him down badly)

Beating the Australians in their own backyard is as good as lifting the World Cup, says South African all-rounder Jacques Kallis, who rates the Test series triumph as the highest point of his career.

“It is up there with winning the World Cup, if not better. What better place do you want to do it? I have had some individual high moments here but … this takes the cake, having won a Test match here,” Kallis was quoted as saying by ‘The Australian’.

South Africa has sealed the three-match series after winning the first two Tests in Perth and here, humbling the Aussies at home for the first time in 16 years.

Kallis, who scored two half centuries in the opening Perth Test, said playing and winning Down Under is one of the toughest challenges that a cricketer can imagine.

“All the younger generation, I don’t think they appreciate just how tough a place Australia is to tour,” he said.

Boom Boom Afridi doesn't let people like Mitchell Johnson make his face resemble an Evander Holyfield round 11 sweat napkin.

Afridi, unlike Jacques, is too gutless to play the real stuff and PB you will not see him playing at the SCG next year as he is too gutless to play test cricket.

Jacques never takes time off and plays all forms of cricket even if he is knocked unconscious, unlike Afridi who would most likely announce his retirement from the game before coming out of retirement to play in some half-assed Twenty20 tournament before retiring again before Pakistan have a scheduled test series.

Shahid Afridi has nothing left to achieve after steering a young Pakistan side to the top of the Twenty20 mountain. Truely inspirational stuff that made the great Wasim Akram shed a tear as he recognised the superiority of Boom Boom.

You're right TT. That sludge guts guy who I don't know is a nobody in South Efrika. Jacques Kallis on the other hand is not ony a God amongst men in South Africa, but around the world as well
