that josh kid and now this... what a joke

2 very different situations.

Parra pulled the strings in the Davis affair and it remains to be seen if we really phucked up or not.

The Warriors hold the ace cards in the TL affair and it's up to them as to whether he comes here or not.

It sounds like the warriors have had serious second-thoughts and it's obvious that Leuluai doesn't want to go to the UK. They probably figure that he will just resign himself to staying in NZ for the next couple of years

I've been thinking about this is it just me or could this be the Warriors paying Parra back for the whole PJ issues back when he originally signed for the Warriors.

I know they are totally diffrent cases but it could be????

that really didn't have anything to do with the club, PJ had a change of heart a few weeks after he'd agreed to terms with NZ and when Smithy found out that PJ had signed a letter of intent, he backed down telling him he has to go to NZ!

I rather we had someone extra at half, because as someone said there's a risk that PJ won't be up to starting half standard (at least for a while), and Tim Smith big risk rookie. Sure, you've got John Morris therabouts too, but one injury and our halves look greener than anyone else's in the comp. :?

Having Leuluai on the books for a year can only help matters imo.

yeah! sure.

at the end of the day, the more players we have vying for that position the better chance we have to find that someone special ;-) ....so! yeah would love him here but then again if he doesn't come it's not a tragedy.

I would've thought Leulaui would've been signed up before I came back from holidays, I can't believe Parra are persisting with this for this long.

this is beyond a joke already.....and has to be resolved and soon!!!!!

for the sake of the kid it should be resolved.

how I read it the Warriors are being prats about the situation even though they hold the aces but we might be making life difficult paying the release we're being asked to.

Idon't really care about the Warriors or Parra in this situation just that the kid wants an opportunity give it to him.

The Warriors have the right to say what happens as they have a contract with the Player and if they don't want him playing in the NRL against them thats there right. Leulaui has to accept there terms if he wants a release.

This is true, however, there has been so much toing and froing that I can't say I'm sure what the Warriors are up to. Leuluai must be confused.....
