A win against ther scum is always sweet to savour. Especially when the scum supporters ignore how sh*t they played and start whining about the ref. Gerrard was MIA the whole game, and Torres was MIA after the 5th minute. Loved him kicking a divot on the penalty spot, then tripping in it in the second half and missing a sitter as a result.

Awesome result for us. Didn't play well, but against the garbage from down the east lancs we didn't need to.

Torres is a little princess ain't he? When the going gets tough, go have a little cry. Funny stuff.

Masch should of gone as Valencia was running directly on goal with no one between him. But as it wasn't Vidic we won't have a debate it. Oh and i love how United get all the pen decisions all of a sudden. The City pen against us in the league cup was different because according to scouse Hansen on the telly it was.. well it was ok because Liverpool is the self pity city and they can't face it that they really are the 7th best team in the league.

The leagues bent towards United, hence why Rio got away with hitting someone and Gerrard got punished for flicking the V's at the ref and elbow smashing someone in the face. Oh wait there.. Well its still bent anyway.

Good times. :D

Right, well the Bolton game is out of the way. Good win against a stubborn team. Good to see Berba get a brace, and Nani set up two goals.

Now on to a massive set of 3 games. I don't know about anyone else, but I would be willing to give up the tie against Munich for a guaranteed win (say by 6 goals or so) against Chelsea. That's how much a 19th title and four in a row means to me. The howls from the scum if that were to happen would be music to my ears. In fact, the howls from fans of all other clubs would be musical, as all and sundry seem to hate us these days.

Great isn't it?!?! :D

Good performance without Rooney and Rio against a battling Bolton who will give us nothing. Nani looked dangerous again and is actually getting good vibes from United fans now. Him on one wing and Valencia on the other really spreads the attacking threat out a bit. Fletcher was again huge in centre mid.

I have to give a shout out to VDS in goal, world class save for us. Thought that was going into the top corner.

Onto Munich. To be honest i want the premier league more than the champs league. If we can avoid conceding a goal then i'll be happy. I think we will score so 1-0 would be fine. Then after Chelsea we are more than capable of winning over there. Apparently Robben is struggling to be fit so that will be a big loss for them.

6-0 vs Chelsea would be very nice yes, can't see it though. :D

Tiem for Berbs to really shine now.

Still think we can make it through though.

Chelsea just got a bit tougher!!

I've defended him for the last 12 months, but f**k me, if Rooney had received the chances Berbatov did today, we would still be top of the table. Absolutely f**king pissed right now, and absolute sh*t of a week. And I don't think I should start on the Drogba goal or I might have to buy a new PC...

Best team won. They dominated the midfield and looked in control the majority of the game.

Certainly true in the first half, we were sh*thouse. Chelsea did nothing much more in the second half than sit back and play on the counter. With a team as desperate and pressing as hard as we were, that's all you really have to do. To be honest Ferreira should have put us to bed, but that decision by the linesman to allow the Drogba goal is as bad as any the Chel$ki fans have bitched and moaned about in recent times.

All in all though, they were the better team, and deserved the win.

And I am f**king sick of watching my teams lose this week. The Swans have Adelaide tomorrow, who they can't beat even when they're good and the Crows are crap. At the moment it's the reverse, so I expect the week to be rounded out nicely.

I think you will find the hatred stems from the fact that the team is managed by an ungracious clock-watching red nosed merkin, and supported worldwide by millions upon millions of gloryhunters who wouldn't have a clue about anything that happened in English football before 1993.

Better side won. United goal was a clear handball, which canceled out Drogs goal. Long way to go, although United won't be winning the title without Rooney back for for City game. Berbatov was toothelss up front by himself.

In a way, the Michael Owen injury has cruelled us more than Rooney. Owen is an out and out goal scorer, and would have been by far the better option than Berbatov for the lone man role. But such is life. We took a punt on a very talented by very injury prone striker, and I guess considering we got him for free and the crucial goals he scored against Citeh and in the Carling Cup final, overall it has to be considerd a success. But geez it would have been handy to be able to call on him right now.

You're a Liverpool fan aren't you? Enjoy the Europa League again next year.

The wheel turns. There will come a time when ManUre go 5 seasons without winning the league or even coming in the top 4. Liverpool can still very much make the CL next year, the only real danger game left is Chel$ki, although that is at Anfield.
