The worst thing about the whole thing is that we threw this one away. I can cop the loss to Citeh, but the way we played against Wigan, and worse, the way we gave up two goals against Everton, was f**king disgraceful. Win those two games like we should have and Citeh would been celebrating a consolation win.

What can I say? Those 2 minutes of madness against Everton have killed us. I hope Rafael never plays for United again.

It sucked, but not not as much as what Bolton fans went through (robbed blind against Stoke and going down as a result). Seeing what City did would have rubbed it in.

Given the way I've seen you act toward supporters of other teams, you deserve every bit of shit you've copped over 1999 and then some.

Well played, Trafford. Taking it to the last minute of the season made for a very enjoyable 2011-12 campaign.

Well played Stockport, a billion quid well spent.

Anyways, enough of this, onto the next season when we win it back.

The strike force is fine, we have the best defence in the world so all we need is a mid.

It will be interesting to see if we replace Berba. I have a feeling we will aim to play just Rooney upfront more next year, and play 3 in mid. If this is the case just having Rooney, Chico and Danny upfront is enough. Chico can be an impact sub and Danny has more than enough skills to get a game.

To do this we need more energy in there though so Rooney does not get left alone. If this Kagawa chappy is any good he can play as an AM along side Cleverly with a new holding mid behind.

However we just lost a league on goal difference to a side that cost a billion quid with a midfield that started the year retired. So with a bit of planning its not all doom and gloom. Getting knocked out of the champs league early will effect the balance sheet enough to wake the Glaziers up that we actually need to actually sign someone.

Its on!!

Vidic, at full fitness, is awesome. Depends how he recovers.
The rest are either passed their best or not there yet. Smalling is alright, Evans serviceable, Evra has been average sicne the last world cup, the twins are average, Jones is a way off.

Slur Alex did a pretty sensational job to get an average (by united squad) as close as he did but best defence in the world? Please.

Surely central midfield will be boosted, has been lacking for several years.

Personally it is the worst squad we have had for quite a while, so to be equal on points with the Champions is a massive achievement.... Love him or hate him, Fergie has something.
