A reply to both you donkeys
Barba, Holmes, Bird, Maloney, Fifita, Ennis, Lewis, Graham and Gallen were all one of the best in their positions that year
That integral or highly integral. A mention about Prior who was great for us that year but not recognised by everyone else
The rest of the team were squad fillers which is what a salary cap does, proven by injuries and shuffling on the left side with Beale, Feki and leutele
They all played their small part while our highly integral stars won us the games.
So please take chads balls out of your mouth and see him for what he is. An average half

oh and as for squad fillers.
feki went neck and neck with holmes for top try scorer. is his last name not cool enough for you?
prior with first contact, aggression and setting line speed most sets. a real season benchmark.
and then we have "the tackle". best left centre at the club.
im sure they certainly don't care too much for being called squad fillers.

1990 doesn’t understand the concept of a team sport unfortunately.

Or a salary cap, or much of anything else I’d imagine.

Premiership. Winning. Halfback.

Feki also never learnt to catch a bomb or dive and get his feet off the ground
I mention prior just was talking about the nrl as whole prior wasnt appreciated
Leutele was average

integral

adjective
/ˈɪntɪɡr(ə)l,ɪnˈtɛɡr(ə)l/
  1. 1.
necessary to make a whole complete; essential or fundamental.

Now how the f**k can someone highly integral get benched so we can win a game

I do understand a cap and thats why we have chad. Need to make up the roster somehow and not all can be rep players. Some players are just your nrl standard players like chad.
Theyre usually the ones you look to replace after abit of success because they start believing they're stars, we didnt. We extended him

Oh, I see.

How does getting hooked for 21 minutes in a game make someone non integral?

By that reasoning bench players are not integral. any one who gets injured and goes off is not integral. Anyone who misses a game is not integral?

Congratulations. You've progressed to near the top of the Idiot Tree

Because unlike a position that is substituted to keep players fresh like the forwards or an injury which isn't planned.
Chad was hooked because he wasn't necessary for that win which is the whole and the complete purpose of nrl. When youre hooked you aren't essential

you seem to have a shit load of time on your hands know-it-all, go watch one of his shithouse podcasts or YouTube videos and you’ll see for yourself

Frenzy has too much time on his hands, but you put you invest time into watching Chad’s “shithouse” YouTube.

Let’s not forget that Canberra game wasn’t the week before the grand final.

it was week one of the finals. The next game we smashed the Cowboys and there was that famous scene afterwards with Chad and Sterlo.

The bloke responded like a champ.

I'd suggest at that point in time old mate flanno thought chad needed a spell.
if there was a problem he wouldn't have played him in a qualifying semi final or the grand final.
21 minutes in the spectrum of a season is a piss in the ocean.
he was a key part of the squad. deny it all you like.
