they are building nicely and i predict a phenomenal total by olympic end.

Moss should have got an easy gold today but had eaten some dodgy sweet and sour pork, so was a bit off colour.

Shame they dont have Rugby in the Olympics, then you guys might have as many medals as you have world cups :D

Considering we've only really had two potential medalists compete so far (Horses and Burmester) I'm not exactly worried.... although Drysdale getting a stomach bug is a worry, luckily he made it through his semi and should hopefully be sweet for the final.

Hayden Roulston just qualified fastest in the field in the pursuit cycling by 2s- looks like a medal coming up!

Roulston vs Phinney (USA) in the QF. He should win and move to the final four. Could be Roulston vs Wiggins (GBR) in the final. Hopefully he medals.

Greg Henderson in the points race is a chance.

Ally Shanks is on shortly

Rowing have five crews in the final. I'm hoping for three medals.

Vili in the shot-put.

Later to come, triathlon we are a chance, Sarah Walker (BMX) is a world champion, and I wouldn't discount the men's hockey team yet.

Pick up the paper this morning and see a big headline on the front page about "Super Saturday" and all these medals we are going to win

Wish they would just let them do their thing without building up a frenzy around it

Mahe Drysdale gets a bronze and now looking in a really bad state. He was sick all week. Brave effort from him, get well soon.
