A man has been charged over a car crash which claimed the lives of two people in southern NSW.
A 39-year-old man and a 17-year old girl, both from Leeton, were killed in the crash on the Sturt Highway at Narrandera, near Griffith, on April 30.
At the time, police said the two were killed when the car they were in hit a tree.
Police this week charged a 54-year-old Leeton man with aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death and two counts of failing to stop and assist a person in a vehicle crash that resulted in their death.
The man will appear in Leeton Local Court on December 11.
Meanwhile, a 39-year-old died when his motorcycle collided with a car at Richmond, in Sydney's northwest.
The man died at the scene and the female driver of the car was taken to hospital.

Hi Fifi,

although Mark was not a regular poster here, he was part of the community probably reading everything he can.

If you need any help at all especially Parra related, please ask here. Although we can't guarantee you anything, there are alot of good people here that are willing to help if they can.

Condolences and look after yourself.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Fifi.

Not knowing Mark but him being apart of the Parra community, I know he would have been on such a high the last few months as we all have been and win lose or draw in the Grand Final we were all winners that day and Mark got to cherish that joy all of us Eels fans strive for.

May he rest in Peace.

I just read through Mark's posts on the Forum. He loved his footy Club that is for sure.
I feel so sad for you Fifi. Cherish the memories you had together...

My deepest condolences.

I am a fellow motorbike rider and so I know what it is like to have to live with the danger of being on the road. I also know what it is like to have a family who understand it, too. Nevertheless, it is something that runs through your blood and it is a risk that we willingly accept. I have lost friends in bike accidents, as well. Mark sounded like someone who was passionate about his bikes and so no doubt had the same daily thoughts.

Although words on an internet forum will probably help little, I can say from my personal experience that whilst it's always sad to lose a loved one it can assist us in grief to know that they passed on doing what they truly loved in life. I am sure it was this way with Mark.

God bless.

Just reading through his posts, Mark wrote the following on GF morning:

"No matter what happens today guys. Win or lose lets give the guys a huge cheer and be happy for what they have managed to achieve.

For me, the boys making the top 8 was enough to make me happy and proud. Every win after that has been icing on the cake.

To make it to today and to see the boys play in the grand final and sitting with the blue and gold army, just blows me away.

Well done guys and not matter what the out come today, I for one will be cheering you and a very proud Eels fan."

"Cheers
Mark"

Fifi, I'm glad the Parra team and him sitting with the Army made him happy. My condolences again and I'm really sad for your loss.

So sorry for your loss.

Even though we might not know someone personally, just knowing they are an Eels supporter makes them part of our clan.
