Old mate Fitz is the best asset our club has.
I was around him and Robbo for a few years .
They are impressive humans.
Fitz has the goods, the brain and the plan to build the club.
What a coach he is.
I know some people will be blah blah the bench etc.
It’s not about that. It’s the way he leads the group,
we have a king.
IMO the only better one is Ivan.

How ‘bout this: you work with a consistently underperforming employee in your organisation, who’s on $1-million PA and you’re on $350K. You cover for them while they’re absent/on sick leave/holidays and when they come back, they’re still f**king things up royally.

Are you content with looking out for them, covering for them, while they’re the big earners. Or will it piss you right tha f**k off?
