Respectfully disagree with you there mate.
Aside from being a little out of touch ref to coaching, as he has been in recruient lately.

I have met and spoken to him several times, as my company sponsor s (I'll review that soon) and have access to the coaching staff through the coaches forums and other events.

I'll keep is short, he is dumb and they come and has NO technical understanding of the game....couldn't even answer simple questions.

Fair enough - sounds like you have met him much more recently than I have. I certainly don't want him as long term coach, as you say he is out of touch with modern coaching. However based on his coaching record, his recruitment record, and a meeting/discussion many years ago, I don't consider him a moron. He may in fact be the best of a bad lot.

I don't think we are too far away.
We have a pretty good roster and with a bit of tweaking and a half decent coach, we can be genuine contenders.
A coach like Madge would also do well for a 3 year window of opportunity.
Someone like Barrett would melt though.
The next coach needs to be proven.
When they are proven, they tend to grow balls and know what's needed to make it happen.

Mate , I certainly agree with you on the what proven skills he has , but would he want to come here now ? I am waiting now to see just what the reaction will be from our new partner now , namely Mr. Gordon himself who would be hell bent to ensure that his WIN corporation new investment with the Dragons is a successful and also profitable one .

This association must leave no stone unturned to ensure they receive maximum return on everything that has been put into the club . They have only one avenue to take in this instance - they must pay Mary out of his final year of his contract and replace him with a most capable coach who can take the Dragons all the way . I do believe that there must be something cooking in the oven even as my nimble old fingers are typing and that we shall hear more on this score very soon .

Well, l didn’t think l could be more upset than l was yesterday but l was genuinely expecting our gutless board to sack McGregor today.

If they were going to do it, should of been today. We don’t need to wait till we have another coach signed up, we just needed to make a statement and rid our club of anymore dispair & fan resentment.

McGregor couldn’t but a drovers dog can get us up for next weeks game and beyond.

Weak senior management is apparent across the board.

Looks like the fans continue to be treated like rubble.

Have just read that Hame Sele, Patrick Herbert and Reuben Garrick have signed with other clubs due to lack of first grade opportunity. Jai Field also wants out due to lack of opportunities and Lomax signed only a 1 year deal as not happy either.
