I dont get it - what value does this add? There is no CC this year so there are 13 players out of 30 not playing week to week. You wouldnt sign him to be one of the 13 missing out each week so to bring in this has-been there must be intention to have him in the 17 each week. Surely it would be wiser to provide opportunity by promoting from within. This screams of McIdiot trying to survive.
