He left the players in a trance and he drifted off to la la land with his sitar. No need for this type of person. We need motivators and man managers who are capable of getting the best out of the players we have and will get.

Matty Head could have played for NSW if he didn’t rip his knee in ‘05. I know Nathan Brown gets the blame but if Head was fit we win in ‘05 & ‘06

Out of the 3, Hornby, Young & Head I think Matt Head is the more likely future head coach.
