Thanks my friend . I had been crook for a while and only posted occasionally , however I am back to my old self once again . The doc told me not to do anything too strenuous in future , so I have delegated the mowing of the lawns to my darling Ethel who promptly told me what to do with it .

But back to the Dragons , sincerely hope that there is a complete clean out of the club’s hierarchy and have the right people in place to bring back some respectability to the St.George Illawarra club , players , fans and their regions .

Burns definitely keep

Gosie hasn’t been to bad when given the chance. Probably keep for depth, not much coin

Poasa has been very disappointing and can go elsewhere

I like what I saw from Conner Muelhsein ,our Reserve grade
hooker.Played really well against Souths in the Charity Shield.

Hunt is our best hooker. It makes a lot of sense to have Muelhsein off the bench in rotation with Hunt. Mby, McCullough should be off-loaded at the end of this season.

Sullivan and Amone in the halves.

Lomax and Suli as our centers with Stuart and Max Fegai as depth.

Ravalawa and Matt Feigai as our wingers.

Ramsay and Sloan bidding for the fullback spot.

De Bellin, Molo, Haas, and Lawrie in our prop rotation.

D Fifita, Su'A, Burns, and Bird as our back row forwards.

To get a NRL side with these on Board we would need to let go:
Sims and 200k for Fifita
Alvaro, Burgess, Woods, McCullough, and Mcquire for Haas.

Also let go Reuben, and Moga. This would provide some spots for young juniors coming through.

Three Clubs have now replaced their current coaches for next season with NRL Rookies .... Benjy , Ciraldo and Woolfe
Clubs have veered away from the tried n true such as Flanno , Maguire and Green....
Fear not..the Dragons will be looking for a cut price deal with one of them

That's what the Bulldogs have done in getting Ciraldo, who is a fait accompli in being their Head Coach for the forseeable future.

Very smart by Young if he has winged this. Would then take him on as a potential 2028 onwards coach as his experience will be gained outside of the Boys club. Must be impressing some to get this you would think ?
