Proved he still has it in Origin but his second half of the season was nothing but atrocious. Was the same the last three seasons - just drops off completely. Thought he'd lift when JDB came on board but nope. Someone else can pay him full rate to play 50% of the year. Mind you we have others that fit that criteria. Let's hope it's because we are about to announce the landing of a big fish in the second row.

Hook wanted JDB as captain, he sees what happens on the field and at training and Sims wasn’t first picked that says a lot to me. That’s the kind of tough decision Mary would never make. Hope it doesn’t upset the apple cart too much but it was necessary.
