as pointed out in the lol@souffs thread, most teams produce a commemerative "premiers" cap in the year that they win the trophy.. not a "premiers" cap produced just to make some money..

but then again, it's not like souffs to produce merchandise celebrating a non event..

Muzby, merchandising is a relatively recent mainstream marketing activity. It's unlikely that there would have been commercial merchandising to commemorate Souths last premiership back in 1923 or whenever it was. So let's not pay them out for celebrating the 2005 Video Ezy Charity Shield.

Just remember, that's what they're watching, on video, while we're watching our DVDs of the 2010 Premiership or 2011 World Club Championship.
