If the eels cant beat Canterbury this sunday, they never will.

This is their best opportunity in a long time.

Yea most wingers do.
But i have to say that Hazem for his size is pretty good when it comes to the high ball.
its just the ones on the ground he knocks back to the opposition for easy tries

Something that skipped my mind :fist:

What was with your little bugger of a winger rocking the goalpost (and not just gently, he was giving it a good sway).

Someone said it was reported to the officials for foul play but I doubt it's a serious offence.

(N.B. I can't be 100% sure it was Hayne but from all reports and what I could see it looked like him. Whoever it was... :fist:)

yeah, it was pretty cheeky of him and not really in the spirit of the game but doesn't warrant any more than a stern talking to by the official on the field.

 I have no real issue with it, Hazem isn't usually fazed by outside factors anyway. Just thought it was funny... an act of desperation maybe? :p

yes it was funny to see, but from jarryd, that was unprofessional and utterly stupid.

because if hazem missed, which he usually doesnt, hazem would have been allowed to attempt the conversion again.

so at the end of the day, jarryd really was shaking the post for nothing.

yeah come on .... if hazem is as good as he's supposed to be, a little goal post nudge won't hurt - ffs, he should be kicking them through the middle!

Quite funny really but what I found to be more foul play is Hazem standing still for 25 seconds before kicking the ball.

Stupid from Jarryd.

Just as stupid as the twelve Bulldog players, bar the fullback, who all walked towards Burty and inside the ten metres as he took a shot at a penalty goal.

In the end it didn't matter.

That annoyed me. He looked at the referee when he blew time off like "are you kidding" then when time went back on he just stood there for ever.

Although he was like that for every shot :x
