I'm a bit worried guys...so far Humble has played 5/8, fullback and now hooker and done quite well in each position.

We might have the next Gidley on our hands ;-)

But full credit to the lad, he is ticking all the boxes and I would not be surprised if come two weeks time he is wearing the No. 14.

I would rather start with Robo & have Humble come from the bench against a tired opposition.

Humble is definitely top 17 now and looks like being Mr versatile for this year (only), please don't wreck him into another Gidley... only as an emergency.. please DA...

Well if he's not, then our coach is on the drink.

thought his service from hooker off the bench was much needed, very good effort. robson was throwing absolute rubbish

(Pats him on the head) Good boy. You`ve made your regulation weekly anti-Robson post. Well done. (Robson really threw one very bad pass and had one very bad pass thrown to him, by Mortimer, which he knocked on.) But apart from that, he had a terrific game. But you aren`t allowed to mention that, are you? Shame.

I just feel that at this point in time,

Mortz, Robbo, KK and Humble are all pretty much on even pegging.

Potential wise, I feel Humble and KK have it over Mortz and Robbo.

Robbo does all the cleanup work and chops down the big boys.

Mortz is tough and I like the way he is always chasing kicks and bombs.

But having all 4 next year could be too many.

I agree with you. Humble has heaps more potential than Robson. Definitely. And, based on Friday night`s performance, Keating does too. (He was great on Friday night ). Mortimer does as well. And if those three actually reach their potential and force Robson into reserve grade, that`s going to be great for the team. There`s just a couple of people on here who have never made one single positive comment about Jeff Robson. No matter what he does, they only point out the negatives in his game. He pulls off a couple of try-saving tackles? Oh yeah, but he`s slow. Scores two tries in two games? Yeah, but looking from the stands, some of his service looks slow. On Friday night he does one absolutely dreadful pass, because the ball was slippery and we hear that 'he threw absolute rubbish all night'. It just irritates me. Forgive me.

Personally, I thought Robbo was great on Friday. When he went off our defensive focus suffered a little, and once he came back on, we tidied up our defence and looked stronger IMO.

Robbo did one absolutely cracker of a tap on pass during one of the early first half passing rushes - I think it was from Hindy to Robbo to Fui on the burst.

Robson does a job, we lack speed and off the ground passing from dummy half. he doesn't have that, but provides an adequate game, that is why the coaches a re looking for another 9, be it Mitchell or someone from outside.

Nah, he`s much better than just adequate. But coming from you, that`s quite a compliment. He must have gone up in your estimation.:lol::lol:
