Lets see how loyal fans really are. Be honest when answering these questions. How much money would it take for you to do the following.

- Not watch one minute of your team for the whole of next season.
- Not be able to read about your team, talk about your or team or know anything about their results.
- You must follow the progress of your least favourite team. Reading articles every week, watching every game of theirs (unless your team is involved) and talking nightly about them on league unlimited. 300 words of posts per day about them.
- You must attend all their games and some team functions.
- You must tell other people you now support them and buy team memorabilia.

So how much would you want to be paid to do this for a year? What about 2 years? What about 5 years? A lot of fans think players shouldn’t change clubs if they are not going to make at least 50 grand more. But wouldn’t a lot of fans do the above for well under 10 grand? Lets hear it.

A: None
B: None

C: I don't have a least favourite team, I just dispise a few is all. However the pay would have to be excedingly high. I'm taling billions :p
D: same as bove
E: same as above

Get real the lot of you - even if you took the money - whatever price you Judas' sold yourselves for - you'd be sneaking little peeks in tv stores, reading over old ladies shoulders and attending secret supporter meetings.

IMO, it'd be too hard to manage.
First, the first two goals are incompatible with the next two - you can't follow watch every game of your least favourite team and none of your favourite team. Second, you'd basically have to avoid any kind of news medium to be able to be that disconnected as to be entirely oblivious as to your team's results - and even then, to be guaranteed of total ignorance you'd have to avoid watching league altogether. How many times do commentators talk about the results of one game whilst watching another? If you were really serious about being totally ignorant about the fate of your team, you'd have to avoid league entirely - there's no way around it.

To be honest I'd probably be tempted but not do it due to the fact that I wouldn't play by the rules lol.
Of course it's a lot of money but those who are really into footy, like really into it,would be going through withdrawals and having all sorts of problems.

You'd have to change your whole routine,it'd be annoying.

Money isn't everything.

f**king bullsh*t artists, the lot of you. If Kerry Packer said here's $20,000 for you if you don't watch or have anything to do with your team for a year you would all take it no questions asked.

spot on about the idea, the price, eh itd take alittle more for me

- Not watch one minute of your team for the whole of next season?
30, 000... i just love league, not watching canberra would be f**ked but i could be able to survive off reports and forums etc

- Not be able to read about your team, talk about your or team or know anything about their results.
100, 000... and thats for my sake, itd take about 100k i recon for me to actually be able to stop myself from reading about them and what not. Though with news reports and what not, this would be nigh on impossible.

- You must follow the progress of your least favourite team. Reading articles every week, watching every game of theirs (unless your team is involved) and talking nightly about them on league unlimited. 300 words of posts per day about them.
50 bucks, i do that as it is for nothing as it is.

- You must attend all their games and some team functions.
10 000, as said above, i love watching footy, can watch any game and no care, team functions i could do, i like talking to players of all teams.

- You must tell other people you now support them and buy team memorabilia?
For a year. 50k plus merch foir free, im not spending a dime of my cash on their gear, no one would believe me anyways, but for a year i could deal with pretending, for what would be a very nice deposit on a home.
