What now.... a very early nanny nap I think might be on the cards. High 30s expected today so I might have to find a cool spot in the Tora Bora for the nap.

Sorry to interrupt the Covid Reports.... hope those that have it get better.

Emu park looks epic Quigs. How did you end up there
Long story short K.... In 83 I suffered some serious injuries in a car accident. They told me to move to a warm climate. In 85 I packed the missus and my three very young kids and headed north. We were going to check out possible spots all the way to Townsville and then come back to our choice.

Never got past Emu Park, and as they say the rest is history. 37 years later I still love the joint. It'll do me.

I know I'm not the only one. Crook, on the couch and definitely won't be able too line up for pcr testing. Supposedly you can get about$380 off nsw government if you test positive. Probably why every merkin is lined up. Fk that I'll sit out few more days and go get some rats when the price comes down. Shit is hitting the fan.

So whats changed for you trust Govt/Med and MSN guys? Not much apart from a few's overall health and places to visit ( need your booster shot as well though). C'mon guys- next elections we need to boot out any Lib, Lab or Green candidates for this BS to end!

Did you get your extension cords back Quigs? That's a question that needs answering. :)
Yes of course I did. Things are always great in the Terry Lewis Sunshine State.

Honest story.... I left a few chairs out for the poor buggers that were standing throughout the night. About 30 minutes after it was all over I went out the front to grab them and bring them back in. Deadset there was the most senior bloke there, the bloke with all the pips on his shoulder going around the chairs and picking up all the discarded empty water bottles. (he wanted to leave my front yard neat and tidy ) I told him I'd look after all of that.

Psssst I was going to tell him to f**k off - I get 10c each for those.... there was about 90c worth.

We are on our way back from holidays and wife, who is a nurse, has been contacting work friends and apparently at Sutho hospital you are expected to show up for work even if you are positive.

You can bet that doesn't apply to the fat arses that have moved into management, nor that they will go down to the wards to help.

Oh, and while it is fine to come to work +ve and with symptoms after that back to quarantine for you. Can't take the risk you may spread it.

Drove past the line for testing at sutho hospital this morning at 830am and looks similar to when we got tested the Thursday pre Xmas - about 90
Min wait - time we’ll down on what has been seen recently - I’d say most have given up the ghost in getting test and by the number of people on the road, most lying low

Looks like things have finally caught up with curtis Scott
just read that.
the Storm say that check into every players character before they sign them, yet everyone up here knew there were issues with him. i guess they made an exception to the rule with him, I say this because the charges laid down yesterday were historical, from 2018. I'm going to link it but you wont be able to read it. but i have to link things on this place

Actually, the Greens have been very noticeable in their absence during this "BS" as you put it. Their fanbase has a lot of mung beans, that think their immune system will save them against SARS type viruses. Their whole stance on this pandemic has been limp wristed and cowardly.

Voting them all out will not get rid of the virus, apparently it's also overseas. Conspiracy or not, it's coming to an immune system near you. If you still think this is a beat up while it's happening all around you... dude!

I suppose Omicron vindicates the "It's just a flu" brigade. Delta is still out there though, I see it daily.

If I have symptoms I am supposed to tell them and go get tested and not come into work. I've been in and around people with Covid for weeks. Including staff.

2 weeks ago that would be called a close contact. I guess the whole hospital would have no staff if we still had that rule in place. I have to walk around with an N95 and a face shield all shift since Tuesday this week. It's not good.
