I would say, to much criticism to many people here, that the backline in the team posted by Vicious is defensively pathetic.
Only Halatau is a decent defender in spots 1 to 7.

Too much work is reliant on the forwards.

There is some pretty ordinary wingers running around in the current top 4-6 teams namely Stuart Kelly,John Carlaw,Todd Byrne,Brett Howland,Andrew Frew,Reece Simmonds,Gavin Lester,Scott Minto etc.If you have good forwards and good inside backs,ordinary wingers can be made to look good!In saying that I think you will find that Simon Greally becomes a much better than average footballer!

Most of those players are out-performing Richards.

Just because some teams have a mediocre winger doesn't mean we have to. Donald would be a good target.
