This not giving witty a run thing has gone on far too long and is bullsh*t, dead set we sign the bloke last year for 4 years basically handing the number 7 jersey, making out he is the best since sterlo and so on and he is going to waste in prems. Dead set fooking crazy, if we dont want him they let him go simple as that, the poor kid must be going insane

This is the biggest load of bullsh*t. Why do people think running a player in prems means the club don't rate him? I tell you what if a club didn't rate a player they would not be at the club, they would be playing Jim Beam Cup for Wenty. The Parramatta club never would have ever compared Witt to a legend like Sterlo after a rookie year. I think it was the Parramatta fans getting a bit over excited. Witt is a great player and will be parra's long term half back. But if the guy is not in form, low on confidence and has some improving on his game to do then what's wrong with being in Prems? I tell ya what if he came up from Prems had some shockers in First Grade you all would be giving it to him which would destroy his confidence even further.

Well i dont get to see witty in prem league every week and the general thing i hear around here is that he is being held back, not fortunate enough to get to watch prem league each week cuz im here in QLD.

Why do you comment then if you really have no idea? It pisses me off when this happens because theres alot of people on this board that do the exact same thing. They comment on things that they dont see or have no idea about. I belive some people dont even see games and only look at the scoreboard at the end of the match.

And by the way I wasn't making it personal. I would have said the same thing to any idiot that made that post.

* Another goal kicking option

* Another attacking option

* Wouldn't hinder our team

* Enthusiasm and talent

Points Against (of Witty coming into First Grade)

* In order for him to step up, he would really have to prove that every aspect of his game is very strong; is he up to that yet?

* Given Dykes' stellar form at halfback, he would probably play 5/8; could he handle it?

* If he is not yet playing his best, he needs his confidence back. The moment when he shines in Preier League will be the defining moment. Once he begins to dominate or excel in PL, he will be called in to First Grade again.
