Nothing official mentioned as yet, but he isn’t signed with us after this season, so maybe.

He certainly has potential, but can be covered for if required, imo?

i don't know why Garner cant be used as a bench impact 2nd rower
he runs good lines and can pull of some really good hits maybe if he had less times to show his weaknesses he might be a handy bench player

Agree … Tuilagi looked even better than Blore from the game time I seen him play. I guess we’ll find out this year if he’ll be a loss

The poor bloke just hasn't been on the field enough. I suspect WT won't be too ruffled if he is moved on. It's a ruthless business and being so injury prone taking up a spot in the top squad puts you under the microscope.

I reckon we have him on a decent contract for him as well. He is here next year and maybe he has a good year.

Blore hasn't looked that good.

We have pretty well been playing him in the centres running of Brook's dud short passes , it was getting as obvious to the defence as the ones he used to throw to Lawrence

Blore's defence has been the standout. His side of the field always looked more solid the few games he has actually played.

I hope you are right. He has to show us he can make a bust.

Kelma Tuilagi confirmed to the Herald he would join Manly on a three-year deal.

The hard-running Samoan met with Manly officials at his western Sydney home on November 1 - the first day rival clubs could officially approach him - and wanted to be the first to break the news to Maguire.

“I took a three-year deal with Manly,” Tuilagi said. “[Manly recruitment manager] Scott Fulton said I’d have to work hard for my spot at Manly, but they saw something in me and I’d be a starting back-rower if I came over. I still need to fight for that spot.

“The Tigers offered me two years. I wanted to let Madge know once I signed with Manly. The week I went to tell him, he had COVID - so I had to wait another seven days before I told him face to face.

“He was shocked and told me he was confident I’d stay. I told him I was only focused on the Tigers and not Manly for this year. He told me I had worked my arse off over the pre-season, he liked what he had seen, and I got that starting opportunity on the weekend.”

So we can take from that, that Tuilagi never even offered WT the chance to match Manly offer? If so bad form from someone that WT gave the opportunity to. WT had already offered him 2 years so we were trying.

Tuilagi played 5 games off the bench for the whole of last year…After he told Madge he was leaving “Madge said He was confident I’d stay” ??
I know next to nothing about the technicalities of the forward game but I saw him play in one game for WT last year when he started and I knew he was special.. Madge took his eye off the ball..

The problem is what you are stating isn't logical. He was picked as our starting edge back rower and the club had offered him a 2 year deal. He then said he told Madge as soon as he signed elsewhere.

I reckon he is a loss but blaming Madge for not picking him in the team doesn't add up.
