I thought He was ok on the around the grounds - and yes he does have smaller hands than "the creature from the black swamp" Erin Moron - who lets face it is just a Canberra Groupie

Gilbert is not entertaining in the slightest- he reminds me of the taste i get after eating neat margarine - He is the type of f**k who - after you make a joke at a party says "sorry about my uncouth friend" - that type of merkin - i hope he enjoys living up "Ginge's" ass crack.

I dont know what was worse, Gilbert calling the game or Ben Ikin calling after Vossy fell sick.

Definitely Gilbert calling. Last Sunday, he just sounded like he was having a casual yarn to Gus and Joey about RL rather than calling the game. I'd much prefer to hear Sterlo calling. He did reasonably well in that short stint he filled in for Rabs and Hadley during the Olympics last year.

I agree that Gilbert was good in his role as the ''Around the Grounds'' reporter on The Sunday Footy Show a few years back. But i have found him annoying since early last year when they made him the Roast presenter. He pisses me off now whenever i see him! (like him doing the sports on Weekend Today, or when he's the main caller for RL, like yesterday for the City-Country game).

I wish he goes back to being a reporter, or a side-line commentator for the footy

hahaha. True. I've been wondering who she looks like, and although it didn't occur to me prior to your post, the chicks from the White Chicks is spot on.

Im not sure either what she's trying to be when on the Footy Show, but she is good at doing the sports report for the Morning News on Channel Nine.

That was problem in the NSW Cup Grand Final. I mean the game was good, but the commentary was terrible. Im pretty sure for about 10 minutes it was just him, Gould and Johns having a chit chat.

Was coming in to post this. The best one of the night was on the Oates' try, he said "GREAT PASS FROM THURSTON" when Hodges threw the pass.

They don't even play for the same team, look alike or play the same position. Wtf.
