Read a media interview with Jeff Hardy, and there were some interesting things in it:

- He doesn't want to hold a World Title again since he's over and doesn't need it to push himself.
- Austin Aires is the person in TNA he wants to see joining Bobby Roode + James Storm at the top of the card as new faces for the TNA Title.
- Matt Hardy is on the mend, but sees him opening a wrestling school when he leaves rehab rather than working for WWE or TNA. Jeff thinks Matt would make a great road agent too.
- TNA is right to use his personal issues in storylines
- Jushin Thunder Liger was his hero growing up

I'd rather see the back of Immortal altogether.

No more Bischoff and his petty family squabbles on television - that s**t is nearly as bad as JR/Cole.

Gunner needs to be re-tooled. New name and a gimmick.

Steiner, Bully Ray (and even D'Von for that matter), need to shift into different roles. No point in them being on the active roster when you have a legion of talented wrestlers sitting on their backsides working on B-grade shows.

I'd also extend this initiative towards Fortune but it appears they've already broken up.

Are you serious mate?

Bully Ray has been a sensational heel, I really can't believe how much I've liked him in that role.

Gunner, I wouldn't retool either, let him have a blow up with immortal floor Bubba a PPV grudge match between them and then let gunner go his own way just being a bad arse and slowly working his way through the top talent. Shame about the weight restriction in the X-Division a stint as the champion there would have groomed him well.

Let Bubba go his own way with the screw this, u guys aren't worth it anymore to Steiner + Bischoff and leave Steiner as Bischoffs goon.

Steiner still has a bit to offer, his a very unselfish wrestler who really doesn't mind putting over the young guys and barely hogs any air time.

Bully Ray is the best heel in the company but he doesn't have a lot left to offer and he's just taking up time that should be dedicated to somebody else.

Gunner needs to be re-tooled. He's basically a goon and just looks like a scrub. Given he doesn't have the in-ring or mic. skills to overcome these flaws his best bet is to take some time off, work on Xplosion and have him drop his goon name and introduce a new character he can relate to and is entertaining for television. He could be a decent hand in the mid-card if he plays his cards right.

Bischoff shouldn't be on TV so that doesn't leave Steiner with a lot of options. If he was to stick around, I wouldn't mind him in a managerial role.

Agree RE Bischoff, his storyline at the moment is worth then dreadful, the fact that Garretts getting very little reaction even while bashing Bischoff shows how much of an assett Bischoff is on TV these days.

A hiatus and bringing him on special occassions would be the go.

You maybe right about Steiner, just reckon its a shame his still quite good in the ring I reckon.

With Scott Steiner, you could probably do a gimmick like Tyson Tomko or the APA and use him as a hired goon rather than as someone's perminent lacky. What made the APA work really well was they would work for anyone so long as the price was right.

That would be pretty cool actually......

APA were funny as f**k back in the day! - And with Steiners unique promo's could be gold if he threw himself into it.

Returning to Jarrett's interview for a second and while I rate him I'd rather see Aries restore some credibility in the X-Division before ascending to the World Heavyweight Championship scene.

Let him have a good 8 month reign in the X-Div where he takes on all comers including Shelley, Kash, Kazarian, Styles, Daniels and also have him face international talents from AAA and NJPW and even some 'Indy' guys to really give the championship the profile it deserves. After that, it's only a matter of finding a suitable replacement. The X-Div title shouldn't be handed to some new scrub like a Jesse Sorensen for the sake of pushing the talent. The wrestlers make the belts, not the other way around.

I think TNA have realised that they were stupid to not put the belt on Bobby Roode in the first place, so I would expect a decent reign with the title, at least 4 months.

Turning Point results:

- Robbie E def. Eric Young to win the TNA TV Title
- Mexican America def. Ink Inc + Toxxin to retain the TNA Tag Titles
- RVD Def. Christopher Daniels
- Crimson vs Matt Morgan was a Double DQ after they both shoved the referee down
- Abyss + Mr Anderson def. Bubba Ray + Scott Steiner
- Jeff Hardy def Jeff Jarrett 3 times
- Gail Kim def. Velvet Skye to win the TNA Knockouts Title
- Bobby Roode def. AJ Styles to retain the TNA Heavyweight Title

AJ wrestled with an ankle injury which was unfortunate.

There are a few booking decisions which are head scratchers.

Velvet loosing the title already was mind numblingly bad having her retain against all odds would have been the GO.

AJ was struggling big time and obviously pushing through the pain, but seriously up there with the biggest throw together main events ever no build up whatsoever!

Its nothing short of a disgrace that the once vaunted tag team division is literally reduced too, 2 teams, and both of them absolutely legless.

X-Divison match while decent was a let down.

Seriously TNA get ur tag division rocking again.

Robbie E/Big Robby.
Eric Young/Brian Kenderick
Doug Williams/Magnus
Scott Steiner/Bubba Ray

Theres 4 decent teams without even breaking my head.

And f**k off Mexican American most useless stable in the history of the planet.
RVD V Daniels was just trash.

The Immortal V Kennedy + Abyss was actually quite enjoyable and the highlight for me. Great to see Abyss getting a push at last again.

Apparently they are due to head back to Mexico for work down there, but surely they coulda atleast dropped it at final resolution.

Two new No. 1 Contenders:

Kid Kash baited Austin Aires into giving him a X Title shot at the next PPV

D-Von + D'Angelo Deniro def. Ink Inc + Mexican America to become the No. 1 Contender to the Tag Titles

Now if TNA can just do something with The British Invasion...

TNA's storylines with the exception of the Aries/Kash storyline, and too a degree storm/angle are just dreadful ATM.

Why didn't they put the TV belt on RVD and really play that up?

Just depressing.

What really astonishes me is the way they are trying to get Bischoff's son over. Bischoff really overvalues his relevance in today's world if he thinks he has enough heat to get him over as a face. The angle could have actually worked and drawn much needed legitimate heat for the weakest heel faction I've ever seen in Immortal if they simply introduced him like they did David Flair in Dubya Cee Dub.
