Seems like the problem with TNA is they don't run enough shows to give talent enough work therefore they can't guarantee contracts like they used to. Forces wrestlers to go elsewhere and TNA to run the risk of losing talent permanently should someone else sign them exclusively.

It's a shame, but that's the way it goes.

Might have to catch the Slammiversary show at some point. Looks like it had some good matches.

The only contacts they will guarantee is their big names, which are Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy, Bobby Lashley, and EC3.

TNA have been delivering awesome matches, but the storylines are hurt by the constant chopping and changing.

Well the last 24 hours have really been bad for TNA.

After Homicide went down with a shoulder injury requiring surgery, they signed up Hernandez to become a new member of the BDC (which surprised me immensity considering how bad he buried TNA after they didn't renew his contact), on the recommendation of MVP and Hernandez saying he was no longer under contract to Lucha Underground.

Now LU has come out saying that Hernandez is still under contract to them, as though Hernandez requested a release, it hasn't been finalised yet. As a result, TNA cannot use any taped footage involving Hernandez. The result means:

- BDC is now dissolved as they're not going to be on TV for 6 weeks
- All footage of the BDC is being replaced with matches from Slammiversary
- Hernandez will nost likely still be released from LU, but won't be picked up by TNA
- Since MVP pushed for his signing, he has fallen on his sword and left TNA immediately

Add a few more to the "no longer with TNA" pile

- James Storm
- Brutus Magnus
- Austin Aries

Word is that TNA wants to work with them on a show by show basis now that they rejected new contracts, unless of course they sign elsewhere. Aries I can see getting snapped up quick by either ROH or Evolve, the other two it will be interesting to see where they end up.
Magnus has gone to GFW, wrestling under his real name (Nick Aldis)

Jesus, the place is just going to shit. Storm was so much potential just wasted, and I'm stunned they'd let talents like Magnus and Aries go.

Sinking ship. It'll be dead by year's end at this rate.

It's not like TNA wanted to release them. Without house shows, they couldn't guarantee the wrestlers an income, so signing up with TNA means you are agreeing to take a lot less money since you cannot appear on other major PPV's (with the exception of Drew Galloway, Davey Richards, + TJ Perkins with EVOLVE, and Eric Young + Bobby Roode with House of Hardcore).

Essentially TNA now is a TV show devoted to wrestling, as opposed to a genuine wrestling company.

TNA just taped their first Impact since the big clean out, and two names stood out for appearing:

- James Storm
- Austin Aries

Storm isn't so much a surprise since he is basically a TNA original. Aries though is a shock, since he has been on ROH house shows but is still wrestling for the TNA Title...

It's been a pretty spectacular fall from grace. Even RoH are running house shows.

Taping title changes.

Jeff Jarrett took up Bubba Ray Dudley's old role as Impact GM. As a result he vacated the KOTM Title.

PJ Black (Justin Gabriel) won the vacant KOTM Title, also featuring Eric Young, Bobby Roode, Chris Mordezky (Chris Masters), and Bobby Lashley

Trevor Lee + Bryan Myers (Curt Hawkins) def. The Wolves for the TNA Tag Titles at the tapings today.

Bram has been arrested for domestic violence and false imprisonment so bye bye from TNA. Shame. I didn't mind him.

Add Kurt Angle to those not re-signing with TNA. He will be leaving once his contract expires in January 2016, but isn't looking to head to WWE (at least not right away), with his plan to have a quiet year.

At first I read it as Jeff Hardy, and I was thought it was rather meh. On re-reading though I see it's Matt....:lol::lol:

What do you do when all your guys are looking to jump ship?

Personally I thought they would keep the title on EC3. He has been the best thing in TNA since he debuted. But it was a Hardy "home crowd" so I'm not surprised by the change. I don't think he will have a particularly long reign though.

From the sounds of it, the home crowd didn't give much of a shit about anything on the card.

Well that was quick.

Matt Hardy has vacated the TNA Title, as the storyline is that EC3 has a court injunction against TNA for "collusion" by adding Matt to the match at the last minute, and having Jeff Hardy as guest referee help Matt win the match by hitting EC3 with a chair.
