I have never emailed the club before, but I have now, I advised them I am done, I will not spend another dollar on this club nor watch another game, been going since 1979, hundreds of games thousands of dollars invested in the club, no more the way we crucify players is a joke, no wonder we haven't won anything.

He has brought the game into disrepute and it is humiliating for the club and code. They have every right to sack him for that and i do t blame them.

I bet he ends up at Salford

But its just fine for Mitchell Pearce to keep playing after his recent incident, but hey yeah he plays for the rooters so all good there

I'm sure your email will make them reconsider sacking him.

He hurts his employer who is paying him $500k a year and is struggling to attract sponsorship which is a major revenue stream. Keeping him at the club makes getting sponsors even harder

Souths seem to do ok sponsorship wise with class acts like Auav'a, Teo, Inglis and Walker. Charged or not they have all brought bad publicity to the game yet sponsors are happy to stay on board.

Carney has only himself to blame. If I did that, I'd get the sack on the spot....why should he be any different?

The only way this is even fair is if he was drunk, considering past offences. If he is sober, then surely you can't fault the guy for a bit of watersport?

And comparing the strength of the Souths and Sharks brands is utterly ridiculous

Yeah, poor Todd...it was an accident :sarcasm:

Spare us the crocodile tears, your basket case club did the right thing whether you agree with it or not.

Booooo. Soft. What's the difference between this and the George Burgess pic?

Carney already had his nude dick pick released years ago. Don't you remember when he got a loan phone from a repair shop then have it back with a bunch of nudes on it?

The bloke is a complete dunce on the cans. If he doesn't realise he needs to stop drinking now then he will eventually die in some drunken incident
