Also have to put most of that loss to what Dessie said last night albeit obvious, that ball security was not paramount. But anyways, they'll have a week to sort their probs out. But if Turbos not there, that is lights out.

With or without TT next weekend we're done...that smashing from the Storm last night inflicted deep wounds...I think they'll battle to recover..

Had a great season, when he played. Not sure being only able to play half a season entitles you to best player of the year but the Dally M scoring system is dumb anyway. Be an outstanding player in a bog avg team and you can win it in half a season, be an outstanding player in an outstanding team and you don't even make the top 5.

Someone in media suggested it should change to every player being scored out of 10 for each math they play then the player with the highest score wins, or the highest avg maybe to account for injuries? Could have a panel who scores each player with an avg from the judges scores being your match score, maybe like diving where the highest and lowest are dropped or something. Just has to be a better way than currently which rewards good players in mediocre teams.

Turbo had a fantastic year and deserves the Dally M. It gets repeatedly mentioned that he did it in 15 games. Cleary only played 16 games, so he too should get credit for his efforts.
