5. Pokemon - First ones (Game Boy)
Even more hours gone.

I still remember all the hours spent playing Red version on my Donkey Kong gameboy.

One of the main problems I had was that my playing time was limited because the gameboy ran on Triple A batteries and they finished quite quickly.

It was almost like an act of god that I learned about the phenomenom of adaptor's. Never looked back.

Lol.
I was playing Freecell whilst writing that, so it seemed like a good idea. And I'm not sure why you balded other stuff.

He's a nintendo fanboy, so was probably having a go at you not putting those games in your top 10.

MGS snake eater would have to be number 1. loved the storyline, loved the bosses, loved it.

followed closely by gta san andreas. massivgame, loved every minute

the rest in no real order would be -

the rest of the MGS series (except sons of liberty)

jonah lomu rugby - best for 2 players

brian lara cricket (megadrive) just heaps of fun smashing heaps of sixes everywhere

gran turismo - first real in depth racing game, amazing

fifa series -

madden series

resident evil 2 - challenging and used to scare the sh*t out of me haha

fatal frame (or project zero, can't remember i had imports) series - one of the scariest games ever, just cause you're not a tough guy with a gun, you're a little girl with a camera.. hectic

Which explains why 6 of my top 10 are PC games, genius.

I think my point was freecell and a game that's been out for less than a month >>> Goldeneye

1. Sexy Parodius - This shooter if you don't lose your lives gets insanely hard and has an awesome soundtrack
2. NBA Jam - Too many hours I have played this game. Fun fact. Once you pass 999 wins, it goes back to 0.
3. Goldeneye - You only live once + knives = amazing
4. Civilisation - Sid Meyer say no more
5. Railroad Tycoon - ditto
6. Ghost n Goblins - People freaked out at arcades when I played this. Used to get a crowd.
7. Madden - I don't care what revision it is, it always delivers a quality gaming experience
8. Scramble - Probably doesn't deserve to be in a list of this quality, but for some reason whenever I see it available I still throw my money in it. One of the first games I ever played, and still love it. Says a lot really.
9. Tiger Woods - Golf has just never been the same.
10. Street Fighter II : Championship Edition - FIghting games where just never the same.

Did you ever play on the mega drive EA World Cup Rugby 1995?

I personally think that was the best Rugby game ever. Wasn't so much finger mashing as JLR had, and if you started a League and chose to be Ireland, Scotland or Wales, and added all the best teams, including the 2 EA Sports All stars teams, it was just awesome.

10. Railroad Tycoon (PC) - mmmmm trains...
9. Banjo Kazooie (N64) - completely different to any other adventure game of its time
8. Pokemon Gold/Silver (GB Colour) - would be higher than red/blue as a game on its own, but was just an update on successful original
7. Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker (Gamecube) - great story, graphics, and riding those waves just is so addicting
6. Mario Kart 64 (N64) - Yoshi smashes all...
5. Goldeneye 007 (N64) - Still more playable than most FPS's released today
4. Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2 (PS1) - Not really a skater, but this game just appealled for some reason
3. Pokemon Red/Blue (GB) - Still play it today, such a great game for a kiddie franchise
2. Civilization III (PC) - The different ways to conquer the world just added so much to this franchise
1. Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time (N64)- long storyline, play as an adult link, and 360 for the first time, the best game ever made.

Honorable Mentions,

Resident Evil 4, Civilization II, Soul Calibur II, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, Lylat Wars
