This from an eels fan

You can laugh but it makes sense. Everyone is basing their assessments on players form over a number of years. That's why you see the the list being dominated with players from Melbourne, Manly, Tigers, St George etc. Those are the sides that have been the most consistent over the past few seasons. They are not basing their assessments based solely on how players performed in the 2011 finals series.

Will be interesting to see how Hodges goes this season, cause the few games I watched him play last season he was horrible.

That's all fair comment, but hardly the same as saying we just got lucky in 2011. Also we've only missed one of the last 5 finals series, hardly inconsistent. If anything it's a reflection of how young our star players currently are.

If Inu's match winning try against the Tigers wasn't you getting lucky I don't know what is.

Luck had nothing to do with it. The Warriors had to withstand one of the most mornic refereeing displays ever to even be competitive in that game.

If anything, they were unlucky not to have won by more.

Please, luck had everything to do with two Tigers standing around like idiots and watching him ground the ball when if they had just laid a finger on him the Tigers may have won the game.

You call it Luck, most would call the way that game ended, Karma.

Good list Loudy. I may disagree on Ballin not being in the 5 but that's neither here nor there. Surely Stewart is among the best 5 locks in the game though?

You wouldn't, you're a Storm fan. When there's a thread about cheating by all means contribute, otherwise you should stfu.

Bit sensitive love.
I'd rather a thread about sexual harrassment and bashing one bloke with all my dog team-mates and brother.

^wouldve thought Vatuvei was a cert for a wing spot with the "fully fit, in form etc" condition, on form he offers more than a couple of those.

Warriors and Dragons semi's he was pretty poor from memory. Maybe being a tad harsh though since he was out for so long.

Definitely unfair, not that I'm upset with you or your post.

I wouldn't call either performance horrible. His work on Manu was pivotal in our success that evening and he made a lot of quality ground against the Dragons (150m+).
