Good to see all our newbies getting a run this morning against Bumf**k FC, never even heard of the country they are from (Azerbaijan) let alone the team.

Ali was amazing, gonna have a huge future this kid and a brace from Son who played as striker.

3 clean sheets in a row, such a huge improvement in defense compared to last season

gotta give Dier some credit too, he has been amazing considering he is being played out of position although I reckon DM is his new permanent position

Dier has been excellent, Bentaleb has a fight on his hands to get back into the team with the emergence of Alli, plus Dier, Mason etc

Pretty excited for Thursday morning NLD

Apparently we just signed this kid, 20 year old Colombian striker who was also chased by Madrid and PSG.

Sounds impressive.

Also found Sir Alex Fergusons comments with regards to dealing the Levy spot on.

“That whole experience was more painful than my hip replacement,” Ferguson said.

But he that can be foreseen both ways tbh.

Also noticed with Son scoring on the weekend, we have now had goals scored from players of 39 Countries(2nd only to City with 40), if Kev Wimmer scores this season we will equal them so it got me thinking of the 39 countries/player example.

1.England-Kane
2.Ireland-Keane
3.Scotland-Hutton
4.Wales-Bale
5.Bulgaria-Berbs
6.Croatia-Luka
7.Belgium-Chadli
8.Northern Ireland-McGrath
9.Germany-Jurgen
10.Argentina-Ossie
11.Spain-Soldado
12.Italy-Berti
13.Russia-Super Pav
14.South Korea-Son
15.Denmark-Ericson
16.Iceland-Sigurdsson
17.Algeria-Bentaleb
18.France-Capoue
19.Togo-Adebayor
20.Israel-Rosenthal
21.USA-Dempsey
22.Canada-Slateri
23.Brazil-Paulinho
24.Romania-Vlad
25.Egypt-Mido
26.Finland-Tainio
27.Honduras-Wilson
28.Cameroon-Bassong
29.South Africa-Mabizela
30.Switzerland-Ziegler
31.Morocco-Naybet
32.Mali-Kanoute
33.Portugal-Postiga
34.Uruguay-Poyet
35.Ukraine-Rebrov
36.Yugoslavia/Serbia-Bunjevčević
37.Norway-Iversen

A 19 and 21 year mid field pair with about 8 games between them, geez Dier has been immense, dont think we'll see him back at CB now that he has done so well as DM

Coco has been a bit slow off the mark, about 2 years too slow, but he has put a couple of really good games together now.

Great team effort too

Always been Eric Lamela to me haha. Always pulling for Spurs except when the play United. Suprised to see the Dier Alli CM partnership working so well. Considering one is known mostly as a CB and the other everyone thought would need a loan this season before he stepped up to the premier league.

Same here but we got no choice with Bentelab, Mason, Dembele and Pritchard all on the injury list.

Sometimes its a blessing in disguise and these 2 have been f**king great.

Alli has already surpassed them. Not sure about Dembeles future in this team tbh

I think Carroll is the one who should be worried.

Wonder if we will still peruse Witzel in the TW as Bentelab is a deep playing mid but not really a DM where as Dier is like a 3rd CB but plays in the midfield and his passing game is superb.

Away draw against Monarco isn't too shabby.

f**king Ali called up to the Ingerlund squad, the kid is barely old enough to shave, if he gets injured Hodsgson deserves to be shot. Hopefully he is only in the squad and doesn't play, he really faded in the second half this morning. He and Dier need a rest but no way will he leave Dier out.

Didn't watch it but sounds like we were struggling a bit late.

Ideally we would have got a win with that full strength team we put out. At least we get a rest after this weekend.

On another note, I'm in London in a few weeks and looking to get tickets to the Liverpool game. Anyone know the best way to go about this? I've been looking on stubhub but there doesnt seem to be many available at all.

We still have 4 mids plus Son unavailable, effectively 5 mids out which is why we faded.

Hopefully after the break we can get Mason and Bentilab back, Son maybe back for the Swansea game.
