I know the Leandro ship has probably sailed but if Daniel is prepared to spend then maybe we could be looking to sign a high quality player in the window?
Obviously though, to me Samba and Cahill are high quality. Hoilett is quality, the question for me is if Pav is leaving and if Defoe leaves (unlikely it seems) then I wonder just how far we are willing to go for a striker?

we wont get both Samba and Cahil, now that Dawson is back at training we may not get any CBs. Also Caulker will be back from loan next season as well and he is coming along nicely. I dont think we need any CBs

as far as strikers go, it will depend on who is available

I didn't know Dawson is back training, how is he progressing? Any timeline on his return?
Hopefully we will sign a striker.
You never know, I'd Madrid sign Neymar Higuain might become available, and so on with other clubs and their signings. Higuain is out of our price range but I'm sure Harry and Levy are going to be scouring the market.

Good to hear! Our defence has been so good lately it's hard to think Dawson only played two-three games. Him and King are as good a centre-back pairing as we need.

Sounds good, I'd imagine Hoilett, a striker and maybe a fullback rather than a centre-back?

apparently Leandro is still talking to us, he is very keen to come and play with his mate Sandro but his club want about 25mill for him

That's good to hear, his transfer is beyond our price range I'm guessing though? If we get good value on Gio, Pav and Charlie I'm guessing we'd be able to fund his transfer though? Inter will have to consider his choice of club, and if we meet their transfer demand you'd think we'd have a chance as they are our club partners.
