Thank you, Chelsea.

you should be thanking the refs

anyway, shit happens, we were never going to finish 4th but we did play well and I'm so happy for Sandro to get his first goal for Spurs

he is just about our best player for the second half of this season and the vultures are circling, we need to upgrade his contract and resign him for ever, he's become my favourite player

word is we have had 3 very large offers for Sandro recently, all from outside of the premier league, from what I can gather its Inter, Real and Barca

lucky for us they have all been told he is not for sale and Sandro himself doesn't want to leave

well that was just a typical Spurs game, control the possession, control the ball but do nothing at the pointy end, and we're so nice we even scored their goal for them

be interesting to see what we could do with a couple of half decent strikers

seems odd that we just dont go out an buy 1 or 2 and I see Harry is back in the media saying how we need to buy strikers to compete at the top 4 level and he's spent a total of 10.5 mill over the last 3 windows, not that we dont have plenty to spend and now we've got even more

I think harry enjoys more the wheeling and dealing in picking up blokes like Sandro for 6mill or VDV for 8mill, although I wouldn't mind him picking up decent strikers at any cost

he keeps saying we've got plenty to spend if the right player comes along but according to harry the right player hasn't come along yet which is pretty much a pile of crap, there is plenty out there

on the upside its great to see Danny Rose slotting into left back as thats one spot where we have zero back up for BAE

Danny Rose played at left-back? Hell yes! Always remember and like the kid for *that* goal, great to see he is getting first-team game-time.

Didn't even watch the game this morning... we have a lot of work to do for next year though. Such a long season for us, with the CL qualification and all the games that go with it.

Yeah I agree on the Harry thing, I sometimes just wish we spent $35mil on Carroll... never going to happen though.

We HAVE to get some strikers over the summer, and surely we will. Wouldn't surprise me to see VDV leave, although I don't think he would be as big a loss as Bale or Modric, especially if we sign a striker. Defoe has looked better the last few games, hopefully he starts to fire again, even if it's just in a substitute role for next year.

Crouch, I don't know what to think of. He was good in the Champions League, but we're not even in it next year and every time he plays we just end up kicking long to him and hoping, which actually rarely works seeing as he's not even that good at heading, despite his size. Wouldn't be sad to see him leave, that's for sure.

Pav has to go. I was surprirsed he's been starting so much the last few gmaes, he's played terribly in each of them, maybe Harry was just putting him in saying "have a go, last chance to impress". Well he hasn't, he is lazy and is incapable of any teamwork with players around him, he'll get a goal every 5 games or so and point to the back of his shirt like he's a star and then clock off again. What's everyone elses thoughts on him???

Oh, and of course a new keeper please!

Rose has played left back for the last 2 weeks and has been in out top few players both times. Harry has told him his future at Spurs will be at left back if he wants to stay. His defensive skills have been quiet good surprisingly and he is a very attacking player. Good one for the future.

Oh, and of course a new keeper please!

All of our elite players including VDV have said they want to stay and get back into a CL spot next season, we wont be selling anyone unless they put in a transfer request and all have said they want to stay.

The elite group is Bale, Modric, Lennon, VDV and Sandro.

Cudiccini is apparently retiring or going back to Italy so we are getting a new keeper as to whether he is no1 or no2, I dont know, Cudiccini was brilliant this morning. Pletikosa wants to leave as he doesn't want to be a 3rd string keeper, he gets more games for the Czecs than spurs.

Word is all 4 strikers are for sale, but we cant get an offer for Keane other than from a championship team.

We are also looking for a key defender to replace King/Woodgate as between them they even make up 1 fit player.

I watched the game in the morning, it was a good display from both teams. Crouch is a deadset moron, goes into tackles with two feet and throws thats lanky body all over the place, really is a terrible striker with only his height going for him.

aaron lennon was solid

one trick pony

some fans like him I think he is far too limited, cant dribble and turns the ball over alot

only good for set shots off his head

You better get in as well before failing in CL final.

even if they lose they got there, how far did you guys get in Europa ?

if that's the best you can do in Europa, dont get your hopes up of progressing any better in the CL
