geez what an effect Ledley King has on out team,only his 3rd game for the season and its like he's never missed a beat

he's still had Suarez in his back pocket 10 minutes after the game

he brings out the best in Dawson and obviously helps Sandro form a pretty good defensive line

if we'd have had him for a few more games it could have been a different season for us, big if though, I cant remember when he's ever played a full season

We have definitely missed King big time, great to see him back! Hopefully he gets more game-time to close out the season and doesn't have another serious injury for next season.

Considering it's the first home loss Liverpool have suffered under Dalglish, I guess some Spurs, and Liverpool fans too, will be asking where this sort of form was against Wolves and Blackpool!

Well good, after looking at his profile after posting I remembered he was 31. Frankly my best proposition would be a player like Karim Benzema, he might have struggled at Real initially but he's been in super form lately.

I just think at the mo. your club can't handle strikers. Bent, Defoe and Pav are very good players but somehow they all struggle at WHL. I have no idea why.

its pretty crazy already and the season isn't even over yet

I saw Chelski's wage bill last week 170mill pa, ours is about 65mill, Citeh's is about 130mill, Gooners was pretty crazy as well

this is why we cant compete till we build a bigger stadium and also why harry continues to look for bargains and atm we have scouts looking at every 10mill striker on the planet

I guess no-one will really know what happened to our strikers this year; some people tend to believe it's because of the way VDV plays that affects our strikers but I call bullcrap because they have had this problem even when he has been out injured for random periods of time. All three of them were amazing last season, but I guess it might be time for a change?

Jeez, Scotty Parker would be a great buy. It's unfortunate about our wage bill but what do you do I guess....I still think, with King hopefully playing a full season, and not being ravaged by injuries across the park, with at least one high quality striker, we will make the top four again.
