Oh man, i got that Richardson thing wrong. I really thought id be what both the colts and t-rich needed to get going but wow, he sucks

the colts Oline isnt the best run blocking line but it aint 2.8 ypc bad. He just looks awful.

I wouldnt give you more than a 6th rounders for him... If he cant turn it around, he'll be on the street in 2 years time

You can put any amazing runner in a losing team with a mediocre o-line and they will look like rubbish.

You never really see what a runner is capable of until they are given a decent offence to work in so that they aren't facing 8 man d-rush every play.

But they aren't facing a 8 man d rush every play at the Colts. And even then, guys have games where they break out big plays every now and then.

Maybe he needs a preseason to get familiar with the plays etc. But if the colts want to go well this year, they need him to step up soon and start breaking out some bigger plays. Plus his blocking sucks from what I saw in the Titans game.

that's been the surprise for me, he looks a shell of his Bama self in terms of explosion and speed
right now the second he gets bottled up, he cant plant, cut and burst through a hole.

I had assumed Richardson's performances were part of the reason Lacey drifted a bit in the draft from where I predicted.

Yeah just like Adrian Peterson lol, every season some HBs unexpectedly breakout, point is Trent Richardson did nothing at all in Cleveland, so why did some team feel the need to trade a first rounder for him.

Na you should be, I think you'd be sensational.

He only ran for over 100 yards 3 times and never for over 125 yards in his rookie season and went even worse this season at Cleveland, any scrub HB who starts a couple of games eventually has a breakout game, only takes one long gainer, he didn't do that once in 20 games before being traded. Why would we expect him to do it for another team, surely 20 trash games in a row is enough to show his worth, shouldn't matter what team you're on, if you're good enough you'll eventually find a way.

32 and 26 were his longest carries last season, longest carry this season is 16.............Any HB in the NFL should be able to pull of some longer fluke carries than that.

He was the feature back in 2011 for the best team in college football, playing in the best conference in college football.

He went to the Browns and stunk it up.

Got traded to the Colts, which no one argues is a quality team, and was somewhat expected to improve his numbers. He hasnt done that. That is surprising.

Easy to call someone a bust, much harder to prove that the guy still has a chance to turn it around in his 3rd season.....
