Oh he is interested

Manchester United boss David Moyes has hinted he is interested in signing Gareth Bale, but admits he is yet to make an offer for the Tottenham star.

He just hasn't tabled an offer yet, still trying though.

What I find most interesting about this is the fact that if Bale had been sold to RM, as has been widely reported, Moyes would not be trying to negotiate with us.

This RM alleged deal seems to be looking less likely.

You're basing that on what he said in that article? He was probably asked by some nuffy journo "Would you like to sign Gareth Bale?".

Lots of pro-Spurs stories emerging in the last few days … Willian coerced into joining Chelsea because of his agent/ownership ‘situation’, Real being rivalled by a mystery club for Bale, a bid for Mata on the cards :)lol:) … Someone at WHL is working very hard right now.

Samuel Eto'o says goodbye to Anzhi team-mates as Chelsea move looms large

CHELSEA appear poised to nab Samuel Eto'o after the striker waved goodbye to his Anzhi team-mates according to reports in Russia

Eto'o has been lined up as a contingency plan for Blues boss Jose Mourinho, who has admitted recently that he has a 'Plan A, B and C' as far as his striking transfer targets go.

However, with news surfacing that Wayne Rooney's chances of joining Chelsea remote after signalling he won't be handing in a transfer request, Eto'o is firmly in the picture for the Portuguese tactician.

Eto'o's agent was in the stands last night as Manchester United were held to a goalless draw at home to Chelsea.

The Cameroonian has been offered handsome personal terms of £4m a season by Chelsea which trumps old club Inter Milan, who have offered him a salary of only £3m over two seasons.

According to Russian paper Izvestia, Eto'o bade farewell to his team-mates and club staff before wishing them good luck.

Eto'o's agent is due in London today for talks with Chelsea, while Inter Milan are waiting for an answer and expect to hear by tomorrow whether he intends to come back to the San Siro.

Eto'o had an excellent record at Anzhi, hitting 36 goals in 73 games in all competitions for the Russian giants.

He joined the club in a £25m deal in 2011 and is currently the highest paid player in world football.

Sweet as done deal, if Bale signs, then Di Maria for 24mill, and on the last day give chelsea 26mill for Mata and sign Ginter for 10.5 or Lass Diarra for 13.5. Great way to end the window.

Rumours are Chelsea have picked up Christian Atsu from Porto. He'll be loaned out for the year though. He was linked with Liverpool and Spurs earlier in the TW. It seems he could be part of Chelsea's emerging "Troll Spurs" transfer policy.

seriously, why would you need 7 wingers

emerging ? you guys have been doing this for years

assuming Willian signs for Chel$ki that makes 4 players (JM, Hazard and Oscar) in the last 3 TWs that have agreed to terms with Spurs only to be hijacked by ChelSki doubling our offer (although you didn't double our Willan offer)

you guys really should get your own talent scouts

We don't.. at least not this year. Doesn't hurt to have talent on the books.

Haha well done spotting Hazard and Oscar as if every other club in Europe weren't chasing them.

In what world do you think you will get Mata for 26 million?
