I hope so man haha been following it on redcafe and If we don't sign them I afraid some of them may end themselves. Lol it's pretty sad how some people react to these big transfers.

It feels like you've won a big trophy when you land a big signing doesn't it, not like Liverpool have really done that recently anyway  I've been following indykaila on twitter past few weeks, he's been very accurate this window

Well apparently he's verbally agreed?

How can he verbally agree when United are not allowed to talk to him. Juve haven't accepted a bid yet. That would text book tapping up. Only way he can agree is for Juve to accept a offer which hasn't happened yet.

United definitly have the $$ to get Vidal easily. Just now down to whether Juve want to sell their most important player. Still think its a better chance Pogba will leave. Even tho he would make united ridiculously better, I'd love to see Vidal in EPL, absolute world class.

Mate, you couldn't wipe the smile off my face when I saw Dejan holding up the Scarf at Melwood. Best signing we've made this window IMO,

Haha some Liverpool fans on a forum I chat on are hilariously dramatic. Because we haven't signed Reus, Vidal and Isco to replace Suarez its apparently looking like a relegation battle season ahead.

I don't think you could wipe the smile off Lovren's face either, he seemed just as happy as Lambert to be there. He's exactly the centre-back we need: a great organiser. It's just difficult to choose between Skrtel and Sakho for the other CB spot. Agger is goneskies for sure.

Why is that funny? He is a top 3 CM in the world. To some people he is the top midfielder in the world. Money well spent if it happens. Though I think it won't happen.

No question he's quality. But he's got 0 experience in England. It will take him a year to get accustomed to the league by which time he'll be almost 30.

So you only get maybe 2 good seasons out of him which does not equate to a £47m acquisition IMO.

Sam, he'll be 28, not 30. It doesn't necessarily have to take him a year to adjust either, he could just as easily start with a bang. The money is irrelevant. Utd are a money machine, they just don't care.

When you're dropping £30m on teenagers of course you don't care about money. Maybe years of wasteful LFC transfers have conditioned me to ensuring there is proper value in a deal, which there isn't here.

Plus how many players have historically come from Serie A and adapted quickly? It's usually the BL and La Liga players who flourish faster.

Mate don't be suprised to see both Agger and Skrtel go. Sakho and Lovren will be the pairing I reckon. We are absolutely flooded with CB options at the moment so there has to be some movement.

Lovren is the leader we've needed since Sami left. Great positioning, communicates wonderfully with his other defenders, confident on the ball and strong as an ox. He's not the fastest CB but the positioning and sense of where the ball is going to be more than makes up for that.

Let's see how he goes with basically playing 3 at the back (Johnson) before getting too excited
