I don't think United will sell De Gea now. I think they will make Madrid wait a year and hope that they change their mind before next July.

A team like this will give Chelsea a decent run for their money

Who he supported as a child doesn't really matter, that stuff usually flies out the window when you turn pro. He's arguably the best GK in the world, and there's an opportunity there for him to be playing back in his home country for a team that will be challenging for the best silverware and buying/retaining world class players EVERY year. It's a very hard opportunity to turn dow, despite United being a massive club themselves.

um...because it's a whole mishmash of new players thrown in together?

at least with mancity or chelski when they bring new players in there is a core to build around, rooney doesn't know if he's playing rb next game and carrick doesn't know if he'll even get a start.... lvg still doesn't even know his starting line up week in week out
