More of the fact

1. Goes to the Current BL and CL winners
2. Will Walk BL and be SF in CL for atleast 3 years and Links up with his former manager.
3. The 28k more a week he will be earning at a lower tax.

He said he wanted to fight for his spot at Barca,to then push for a place in the next WC, he now goes to a team more stacked than barca, is he better than Kroos, Muller, Gotze. In there roll,No

Is he better than Bastien or Martinez in there roll. Hell No.

Is Germany begrudgingly acknowledging that Spain's kids are better than theirs with the records amounts spent on Martinez and Alcântara?

Cavani to PSG

Paris Saint-Germain seal Cavani signing

The Uruguayan has completed his move to the Parc des Princes from Napoli on a five-year deal for an estimated €63 million fee

Paris Saint-Germain have completed the €63 million signing of striker Edinson Cavani from Napoli on a five-year deal.

The Uruguay international has long been linked with an exit from Stadio San Paolo, with the likes of Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester City all previously linked with his signature.

However, PSG had leaped to the front of the queue over the past few weeks and the Ligue 1 champions have now announced the successful capture of the 26-year-old.

"I am very happy to announce the arrival of Cavani for five years," club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi told reporters.

"It was not easy. Everyone wanted Cavani but he is here at PSG and I'm very happy about that."

Cavani added: "I am very happy to be a part of this project and to be here and I have to thank everyone who worked on this - my agents, Leonardo, everyone who mmade this transfer possible.

"I come with a lot of confidence and a lot of desire to do well. It's a very motivating, ambitious project. I'm a player who always wants to win. It's one of the top clubs in the world."

Cavani moved to Napoli from Palermo back in 2010 and developed into a key player with the club, helping them to the 2012 Coppa Italia and a second-placed finish in Serie A last term.

He began his professional career with Danubio in 2005 and first moved to Europe two yers later.

Why would they pay €30m more than his release clause?

The meltdown of EPL fans on Eurosport over this is hilarious. "He's taking the money" yeah because he would've gone to city for the opportunity

Cavani has played wide regularly plenty of times for Uruguay, but you have to ask what the point of getting Cavani was to play out anywhere other than centrally, especially when they have Menez and Lavezzi. It does look like one of those Van Persie-Rooney situations that you just know cant work out. Whats worse is that Ibra is a volatile character, so you suspect Cavani will have no choice but to play out of position. 4-2-2-2 could be an option, but a bold one that would mess up the cohesion they have with inside forwards. 4-4-2 is more likely with their personnel, but it seems so out of fashion on the continent to leave a midfield so bare. The one possibility is that Cavani's workrate allows them to play that system but he would have to come deeper regularly.
