Fellaini is quality.

A very good signing.

I'm just trying to fathom why they don't seem to like Kagawa who imo is one of the better players in the league.

Welbeck is dross in comparison.

Don't see it myself. Last season was easily his best ever and that's only because he was being played behind the striker and had Baines, Jagielka etc. bombing it into him.

Up until then he had been a holding midfielder and never looked like anything special. He'll end up being a good signing because it means they can bench Cleverly but 27mill is a bit much for essentially a midfield Andy Carroll.

Yup, and only 23.5 million.

The problem with Kagawa is he has only been tested in a much weaker league. So naturally it is going to take him time to get upto speed. Then he got injured last year which hindered him.

Basically he may be one of the better players, but so far not in this league.
He is been given time to get fully fit and will be used. But an unfit Kagawa who last season was to slow and wanted to much time on the ball would of been a high risk given our opening fixtures. I am confident he will come good.

Maybe with a better defensive player we have on our books he can focus more on attack.

Welbeck is a different type of player and so far much better in the premier league.

Bale has had one good year to date in his career, Ronaldo was a Ballon Dor winner, had multiple EPL titles, champions league title and was consistently good for a few years when he moved

He can also use both feet equally and head the ball.

Working together, you start one one the left, one on the right, let them switch through the game and make sure you play two defensive mids to cover them.

The biggest problem is Bale is just a poor imitation so will want to make the same moves as Ronaldo. If he can stay out of his way then it may work.

If Bale wants to help, he can clean his boots after the game.

Bale played alright in his limited opportunities in the Champions League. No doubting that Ronaldo is obviously better but Bale might improve a lot and become a much better player in his time at Real Madrid.

Also it's when Bale started to play on the wings were he shone. So you can't really compare Bale's achievements with Ronaldo's time at Man Utd. Man Utd were a dominant force then so that is why CR7 was able to enjoy CL and EPL titles whereas Bale played for a lesser team in Tottenham. Lets not forget CR7 played alongside Rooney and Tevez which shows the class outfit Man Utd were then. The only person Bale had was himself at Tottenham. So i don't know how you can compare Ronaldo winning titles with Bale winning titles.

I have confidence that Bale can bring a bit of creativity and flair into his game instead of the selfish shots outside of goal and really develop as a player. Zidane did say Bale can improve in a lot of areas so hopefully his game can have a lot of variety.

I posted up those stats to show that Bale shouldn't be discarded as not that good and overrated. He has potential. Although he might not be worth his price tag, he should be appreciated.

Bayern Munich are just signing all the best players in their league. Gotze now Lewandowski. I thought Real Madrid would pursue hard for Lewandowski cos they need a quality striker.

I say f**k Benzema off. Arsenal can pay us $40 million for him.

I think its worth getting Suarez. Pay the money we get for Benzema and spend it on Suarez.

If we dont then we could perhaps experiment with Bale as striker and put Di Maria as permanent right winger.

If that doesn't work out then we could put Morata/Jese as permanent strikers. Blood the youth.
