He's certainly not creative or much of a playmaker but he is tough, energetic and nearly always takes the smart option.
He's basically Gidley without the derp

He does have another year on his contract but the Knights are trying to free up some money to make a few new signings for next year, so it looks like Tyrone will be released early if we can sign Hodkinson.
Apparently Leeds approached the Knights about releasing Tyrone a month or two ago but we turned it down at the time. Not sure if the offer is still on the table. Based on what I've been reading I think it's more likely that he'll go to the Titans unfortunately.
If you don't sign Hodkinson does that scupper Tyrone signing for Leeds or is it already a done deal?

It's a done deal. Roberts for cuthbertson. Can't believe you haven't heard it already!
Titans interested in Tyrone. Via SMH.
Funny they would be signalling this before the decision. I'm wondering whether they are fishing for a deal from us.

Don't get rid of Tyrone.....
6. Mullen
7. Hodkinson
14. Roberts
If it was up to me, I would have kept Hokko at the dogs and have interchanged between Hokko, Reyno and Mybe. Roberts is a live wire, he brings energy and unpredictability to the side, he's like Josh Reynolds in a way. It would be great to see Hokko start and then giving Tyrone a run when the game needs a spark.
Does this mean Leeds have missed out on signing Tyrone or are they still in with a shout?
Maybe the Dogs can do us a solid and take him?
There's a rumor going around that Tyrone has fallen out with a lot of players in the team, and those players are fuming that Stone isn't holding Tyrone accountable for his poor form
