56, 63, 68. Two subjects to go.

Subject I got 68 in should've gone way better, was on 37/45 before exams, but had to prioritise the other subjects big time.

Pretty meh session all round really, will try and smash the last two subjects though.

I wouldn't get too caught up in marks, GPA's etc, a vast majority of employers didn't even want to look at mine when I went in for an interview. Others I know had similar experiences too.

having a high GPA always made me feel good about myself, when my GPA fell a little, I didn't like it

And you got a bit bitchy about a little joke/dig at Australian Universities, responding with some ridiculous joke about top 50 University lists . You being bitchy is without a doubt a typical Cliffhanger post.

They're not top fifty they're top 400. I made a joke about New Zealand having no universities, idiot.

Nice Monk. Gotta wait until Friday for mine. I'm thinking two low 80s, a low 60 a high 50 and a low 50 lol.

Where'd you study? I have a BSc (marine science) with majors in marine bio and tropical marine science.

Southern Cross in Lismore...not as good as say James Cook, but they did it by correspondence which was great for me cos I couldn't afford to move anywhere. I padded it out with a bit of a BSc in generic Enviro Science that I started at Uni of Canberra

Good work.

I get the grades for two of my subjects on Thursday, but won't even be doing the exams for the other two until late next week.

I was at Sydney Uni. Did a couple of courses at JCU, they have a good setup up there with onsite aquaculture facilities. Funnily enough I got to do 2 courses at Heron Island (UQ) and 2 at Orpheus Island (JCU) but none at One Tree Island (USYD). Studying on a small coral reef island with plenty of alcohol is the best way to do a uni degree.

Some nice career choices in this thread. Mine not so interesting and as useful as dog shit on a shoe.

Double major BA (Eng, His)

Honours first class in history.

Great if I wanted to teach but I didn't. Think I just wanted to drink, shag, play sport and live on pasta and rice for five years.

Journalism cadetship at a country paper. During this time I 'bought' a Master in Journalism from Bond.

All of this has led me to working in local government and working for my wife on the weekend.

I wish I did rocket science....

first class honours is great, could have milked that for a PhD scholarship. If you wanted to continue in uni that is. Either way, getting a PhD makes you a doctor, even if it is just in history.

My honours was in the wrong discipline, so now I have to do masters *sigh*

Got an email asking if I was interested in being an official tutor next semester. It's tempting, it is like $220 bucks for a 2 hour tutorial and 1 hour consultation time (which is very laid back and I'm betting isn't utilised most weeks). But I'm doing 5 subjects next semester (again) and I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to public speaking anyway.
