He wants to be the new Jarryd Hayne...trouble is he does not have the physical toughness of Hayne, & I’m pretty sure that’s important for NFL.

Correct me if I’m wrong....
I know f**k all about the nfl except that they have a million plays you need to know. And Val did so much stupid shit in his years with us that it makes me think he isn’t clever enough to make it in the nfl.

Hopefully he snubbed the Aussie media knowing he'll be back in the states soon and doesn't need to talk to them.

Bit rich old thin-skin Sloth calling names. He's still rattled about being called names a year ago.

Not really mate.

QB yes. ILB yes.

WR/PR not so much.

No defence, there goes 50% of the game, not Vals strong point.

Maybe 50 plays probably less for WR.

I would also suggest like league players NFL players are not your future doctors, engineers or scientists.

Val would be as smart/dumb as your average WR.

Thanks for the explanation.

The other thing he has against him is his talent is pretty common is the US. A lot of African Americans with the same pace as Val, but already their whole life ahead of him in nfl smarts and also a lot bigger than Val.

Well atleast we don't have to play against him. I'm dirty with the way he left but it seems he was serious about making it and not just looking for a loophole to go elsewhere in the NRL. Good on him for backing himself and doing what everybody said he couldn't do.

Hayne over achieved at the 49ers. I don’t think that we will see any more Australians other than kicking units in the NFL. Our NRL is more athletic with more actual play minutes (and we think it’s to stop start) ,the NFL plays are counted in seconds.

How does a person trialling for NFL get the headline story on the NRL page is what I want to know.
Its clear the NRL are backing Holmes to be at the Cowboys sooner rather than later.

He has to play here by his agreement but if he decides to quit & return this year, there would be no chance it’s with us.

We are on the limit of the cap & we can’t fit him in anymore.
