112kgs....um....step in, fend?

Sick of the excuses, f**k him off!!!!

He steps in and the opportunity is gone. We are behind in the last 5 minutes, he's a winger and he's trying to get outside his man and score a try. He did fend but O'Neill, a big, fast winger, managed to hold on.

But hey, maybe we should've just played mistake free for the last 10 and taken the 4 point loss.

What are you taking about, the Warriors play exciting attacking footy. Spreading the ball wide, offloading, good attacking structure......

I wonder if any of you muppets actually stop and think- why were we playing towards Vatuvei in the last 5 minutes? Why was our hail mary play to throw him the ball 30 out from our line? Why was he the stand-out figure towards the end of the game? You don't think it has anything to do with him being a central point of our attack or his teammates knowing that he is our go-to when we are behind and getting desperate?

Maybe instead of bagging Manu because he couldn't score a 70m solo try in the last 5 minutes we should be asking why we were 16-12 down after 75 minutes and hadn't scored any points for 60 minutes? No, of course not.

The whole 2nd half we played f**king 5 hit-ups and kick and came up with nothing on attack. Of course we blame the one guy who had a dig- because apparently it's better to just hide, try nothing, and let the game peter out to an honourable 4 point loss.

OK....manamana...that's what we muppetss sing, you know.....but!....once you stop cuddling Manu with your mouth, understand this.....he, f**ked up! End of story! They threw to him, sure but no-one expected him to run 70, just hold the farkin ball, stay in and set up for the whole 5 tackles! FFS!

What a surprise, it's all Vatuvei's fault. Like last time, we put nowhere near enough points on the board and the entire loss gets reduced to a few plays by MV, a couple of which could have sparked something with a modicum of support.

Manu tried. I'll give him that. However being run out twice is just stupid. Take the percentage play, realise you're being run towards the line and just take the tackle, ffs. Overall, Vatuvei didn't actually play that poorly, our structure doesn't afford him the opportunities he has had in the past, but that doesn't mean you get to get away with f**king up the opportunities you do get with a pat on the back.

Either our structure needs to change, or Manus position does, because both the way they are right now, shit ain't right.

Agreed!

Not every game is worth a Manu bashing and I, personally have been uber tolerant but this game, this time! f**k him! Hold the f**kin' ball.....end of text!

Manu had the most metres gained for us today, the most linebreaks, and one less tackle break than Hurrell.

Why is there no thread on Bill Tupou's abject failure to score a very score-able try in the first half, a failure which really changed the direction of the game?
