Im a little worried about Lino and how he likes to rush up on defence. He did it last week and could be seen pointing and yelling at his inside to come up with him. Lino has to remember that Afoa might not be as quick as him and therefore hang back for Afoa and come up together. You just leave an inviting gap with an uneven line.

Ken winding up and smashing into Taylor and Papalii on kick return, are we sure he's a winger?

So I'm very happy if Foran doesn't play again this season, let's let these two develop

Some effort there today but too many guys just look tired and busted. Stupid penalties / mistakes killing whatever little momentum we get and WTF is going on with that right edge defence

Both of the young halves looking ok so far. Maybe the pressure of not feeling like they should play second fiddle to a more experienced partner is letting them throw the shackles off?

Sure, so let Foran have an off field role the rest of the season
It could be the case. $600k a year off field job.

Because Foran is quite robust for a half he gets defences to commit to him by taking it to them early as he can and when it suits. By doing this, he keeps the opposition committed to him. Ata is beginning to realise the opportunity to do this. I thought the kid wasn't ready and its only one half, he's still got a few games to show that today is no fluke but the signs are good for us.

I can tell you played league, Zero. I appreciate that sort of insight.
