I think you've mentioned this a few times before, but the NRL should be making some demands about a CEO and Stadium from the WA Govt. The precedent is there with Tasmania

Absolutely they should. A centre for NRLWA and the new club, HBF upgrades of West stand min and some grass roots funding is what the NRl should have demanded. They are negligent in their duties if they haven't.

You're looking at $200m of tax payer money to fund all of that.

Dont need to be reinstated. They were never stripped it of their premierships.
