The Bears have consistently made it clear to members and fans that they won’t accept a rebrand.

Word around the club (from people whom would know BTW) is that the plan is to call the team just ‘the Bears’ if they get a license for a team outside of North Sydney.

They won’t accept any major changes to the other aspects of the brand either. They’ll make some simple modernisations if they have to, but the plan ATM is to more or less run with the current logo and image of the club.

Probably the 50k or so RL fans For starters. You know the ones that will be following a perth club lol. and those that do have spoken. Only 15% want the Bears.
But yeh bears are irrelevant nationally beyond the old timer RL fans..
