WB probably saw Cummins at the Storm presser and thought it was the perth guy leading the bid lol

So how you feeling Pippen? You come back and within a day or two your years of BS posts about no perth bid and no money backers has blown up in your face lol. Do you feel youve wasted your life a bit with all the nonsense you have written about Perth?

Sounds very logical when you consider the requirement to move all football operations across the country to set up shop accordingly and properly.

There is a lot of physical work to do. Lots of stuff no one ever thinks about either - ie buying property either as vacant land or established building to set up offices. Buying land to establish fields. Buying property to either build or renovate into a football center of excellence. Rental offices from day 1 to have somewhere to operate from to be able achieve the above.

You’ll probably see some commercial properties being bought in Perth - ie a pub, a gym, an office space etc in due course to have under the over arching banner for assets to add to the portfolio and establish a footprint into the commercial market to have cash flow stemming from it - could be from day 1 but most likely 12-18 months after setting up operations headquarters.

Establishing location to house juniors. Getting staff ready for relocation and hiring local staff to make up the contingent of back of house operations.

Bit to do - the earlier the ARLC green light the sooner all this tedious work can commence. At least the funds are there to accomplish all the short term goals relatively quick.

Yep NRL needs to green light perth this year, then pick the people to own and lead it and give us at least 3-4 year lead in.

Id be happier with 4 full seasons, so enter the comp in 2029. That would give time for Govt to build the Hq and training facilities, upgrade HBF park and for the WA jnr pathways to get established. They can sell a foundation membership straight away like Devils have done then a NSW cup membership played at HBF park, continue to bring NRL games over and have the Reds/Pirates/Bears NSW cup game as the pre game. Aim for 20-25k membership by KO in 2029.

If NRL has that much foresight and vision we shall see!
