Mate it's nobody's fault that he never signed , if in fact he ever had any intention of doing so . We all went by the media reports in whatever form that may had been . Quite simply some people are left disappointed ( myself included ) and others are not . What Belta and Crush said on the previous page is correct , forums do thrive on rumours and you cannot blame what another member believes , as at the end of the day he also only wants what he considers to be the best for the team that he follows .

Now please , can we send this thread to the archives ?

Yeah, put it in a Canberra filing cabinet archive and watch it resurface!

Given the importance of the game, even McGregor wouldn't selected a 28-year old halfback who has yet to play a single first grade game.

(Flashback to Nona)

I understand your logic behind choosing a utility player who can provide McInnes with respite, but the club doesn't have anyone capable of filling the glaring weakness in the overall top 30 squad.

Of course, SGI used to have two players that could've filled the void but they were foolishly released last season.

I still cannot fathom why anyone would think that Millward has done a good job apropos recruitment.

Your kidding aren't you ? Graham, Hunt , resigning best players and juniors , pathways program ? Is this personal or did you really think this through ?

Millard has mostly done an admirable job in difficult circumstances IMO.
One example is Dugan where he stood firm with good vision.
Bird was the one lapse ~

The damage onBird was actually done prior to Mulholland coming in. Mulholland started his time with us 2 months early in a bid to try and stop Bird from leaving, and was unable to do so.
