Your kidding aren't you ? Graham, Hunt , resigning best players and juniors , pathways program ? Is this personal or did you really think this through ?

It's my opinion only.
Finch was never head of Recruitment. He was employed as ‘Football Manager’ or something to that effect for a couple of years. Mulholland replaced Young.

BennyV is spot on.

Young, Mullholland then Millward.

Little surprise that SGI hasn't been successful in the time since the Bennett era. Of course, there's been one extremely disappointing (Price) and one shit house (McGregor) brace of coaches since Bennett left.

As above, Finch was never in the recruitment role. And TBH, neither was/is Millward - Young moved from recruitment to assistant coaching in 2015 and was replaced by Mulholland, then David Warwick as head of recruitment through 2016, while Finch was Director of Football Operations, replaced by Ben Haran in 2016. Millwards ‘Director of Pathways’ role came off the back of Finch leaving.[/QUO

They did change the name of the job title, but Finch replaced Young, Mulholand replaced Finch and Millward replaced Mullholand

Again, untrue. Finch was employed at the club from 2011 to 2015. Craig Young was our recruitment manager from 2012 to 2014, Mulholland 2015, Warwick 2016. Completely different role.
Ok. I will quote something from an article in the Illawarra Mercury titled New faces in the dragons football department. Dated January 8 2016. I would provide the link, but don't know how too. lol

According to this article Millward took over from Finch.

The path was cleared for Demetriou's arrival by Ian Millward the director of Rugby League Pathways, a position previously held by Robert Finch

The Club has also secured the services of David Warwick as recruitment manager following Peter Mulholland's shock defection to Canberra.

I do recall reading that Craig Young was relinquished of the recruitment duties and that Robert Finch was going to be taking over recruitment. I know this for a fact. I am very surprised that more people on this site don't know this.

O would say that most people do not know it because it's not true. As mentioned, Craig Young went to assistant coaching in 2015, when Mullholland came on board. Director of Pathways (new title for Director of Football Operations) and Recruitment Manager are very separate positions, as indicated by the dual employment of Millward and Warwick. It's just that MIllward takes more of a front seat in it.
